1. About the service
Preditzo provides football fixtures, statistics and match analyses for information and entertainment purposes. Preditzo is not a bookmaker: we do not accept bets, hold user funds or process deposits or withdrawals.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to create an account.
3. No guarantee
Predictions and analyses are opinions based on available data. Football outcomes are uncertain and no analysis can guarantee a result. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make, including any decision to bet with third parties.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
5. Premium membership
Premium is a paid subscription giving access to additional content. Prices, billing intervals, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown clearly before purchase. Refund terms will be set out here before launch.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, scrape or redistribute our content or data without permission.
- Do not attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with the service.
- Do not share Premium content or account access with others.
7. Intellectual property
The Preditzo name, logo, design and original content belong to Preditzo or its licensors. Third-party data is used under licence.
8. Advertising and third-party links
The site may display advertising and links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, products or services.
